FROM WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE

Sayings, Proverbs, Encyclopedic, Historical, Folkloric
I was born in difficult times and into a poor family, and under these conditions, the only goal for children was survival. There was no thought of me going to high school, even though I was an excellent student and an even better craftsman. I believe that if I had pursued academics or art, I could have achieved something. From a young age, I loved reading, and naturally, I absorbed whatever I read because I had an excellent memory. I was also sensitive and concerned about the stimuli I received from both living and non-living surroundings. I noticed that some things were being lost and others altered, so I recorded whatever I thought was disappearing to preserve it. Whenever I encountered something valuable and reliable in newspapers or books, I noted it or kept clippings. I became a small-scale researcher. In my archive, I have a treasure trove of such excerpts collected over 75 years. Now, anthologizing this “harvest” of 75 years, I thought to create a book.
