Many times, throughout the decades of my life since I began to understand the world, I have encountered incidents worth telling—some contain humor, others serve as examples to emulate, and others as warnings to avoid. Many are recorded in my archive, and others remain in my memory. Quite a few of these incidents I turned into poems, and under the title “Parabolic Poems”, I present them in a book to the reader. Each poem conveys a moral lesson, which justifies the title of my book.
